Crossfit Westport is proud to offer classes for everyone, no matter their prior experience, age, or ability.

WOD

Our group-coaching program is for those looking for extremely well-rounded, constantly varied fitness in an engaging, fun and motivating group setting.

Expect hard work, results, camaraderie and a fun environment of people who share like-minded values.

Most group sessions will follow a similar format: warm-up, structural work/midline, mobility, base strength and then a conditioning (high-intensity) focus followed by a proper cool-down.

*NOTE: ON RAMP is a pre-requisite to this class.

bootcamp

This fast paced class mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high intensity, sweaty workout. Bootcamp mixes calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every day, these classes are designed to always keep the body guessing!

SWEAT

Steady State Efficient Aerobic Training – this class is the perfect end to one week and start of the next.  The focus is less about ‘going hard’ and more about using a sustainable weight and consistent movement to produce a thorough sweat.

MUSCLE

Get an old-school pump with this fun strength program. Designed to challenge athletes of all skill levels, this class is programmed from start to finish with plenty of accessory work to help you gain strength in a challenging, less aerobic format. 

STRUCTURE

Sandbags, sleds, kettlebells and other odd objects! Explore movement in a creative and fun way in this hour long class, and leave with a better understanding of and connection to yourself.

KIDFIT

This class is designed to get kids, ages 5-10, moving and falling in love with fitness. Using games as a vehicle, KidFit will teach your little ones how to move safely, follow game rules, treat each other with respect AND burn up some of that extra energy! Think of it as an extension of PE, designed just for them.

TEENFIT

This is a teen-centric sports and conditioning class designed to both:
a.) improve performance and capacity in high school field- and court-based sports.
b.) develop an enthusiasm for activity and functional mobility in non-athletes. 

SENIORFIT

Age is just a number in this class. This small group setting is perfect for our members, ages 65 and up, to learn or relearn the fundamentals of fitness, rehab an injury, and regain balance and strength. SeniorFIt is not only a great social outlet, it’s a vigorous sweat and a lot of fun.

Train one-on-one with an expert coach.  Our coach’s will create programming specific to your needs. Flexible packages are available.
