We are a welcoming community of hardworking people that value the pursuit of finding our most fit selves in an effort to improve all facets of our lives. CrossFit Westport's coaches are experts at leading you through our CrossFit “WOD” (workout of the day) and scaling it to your ability. Those that can do the workout "Rx’d" (prescribed) represent a small percentage of any given class. Most people scale the WOD to some degree and that scaled progression system is how we get you fit.
This three session one-on-one primer will benefit all ages and abilities, including those that have never been exposed to CrossFit as well as people who are just getting back into a fitness routine. You will learn the core movements used in the daily CrossFit “WOD” classes. This format is required for your safety, enjoyment and ultimately long-term success.

We welcome CrossFitters visiting from other towns and cities to join us for our Daily WOD. Please inform us prior to your arrival which Box you are coming from by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Out of town drop-ins that wish to purchase a T-Shirt can purchase the drop in and T-Shirt for $30.
