A1. Barbell or DB strict press @11x1, 5 reps x 4 sets

A2. Barbell or DB bent over row @30x1, 10 reps x 4 sets

Rest as needed

5 sets for time:

12 DB Power cleans

9 DB Front squats

50 double unders or jumping jacks
