A.Take 10 mins to find  your 3rm high hang SQUAT clean 

B. 10:00-20:00 min – amrap

30 cal bike

30 weighted sit-ups 20/14 wall (not synchro)

30 pull-ups

*Split work evenly

*Move on to the next movement once both partners are finished.

Rest 2-3 min

C. AFAP

3rds each of:

15 front squats 155/105

12 hang power cleans

9 S2O

*each partner completes full reps of the movement before moving on to the next movement.  (P1- 15 FS, P2 - 15 FS, P1 - 12 HPC, P2 - 12 HPC, etc.)
