Starting with a PVC pipe:

 

5 Hang Snatch high pulls

5 Hang Snatch muscle cleans

5 Behind the neck snatch press

5 Behind the neck snatch push press

5 Hang Power snatch into an OHS

x 1 set

switch to an empty bar x 2 more sets

 

then

 

A. Every 1:30 - Muscle Snatch + 2 Snatch Balance + Behind the neck Snatch Push Press. Warm-up as needed. Start around 50% of your 1RM x 7 sets

 

B. Every 1:30 - Halting Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat
Continue to build loading from Complex x 7 sets.

 

then:

 

5 Minute AMRAP:
15 Box Jump Overs 24/20
15 Toes-To-Bar

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

5 Minute AMRAP:
15 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Abmat Sit-Ups
